Luxury Wedding Services
  • Unlimited consultations by phone and in person provided on planning and etiquette.
  • Preparation of your wedding budget and assistance with prioritizing your expenses.
  • Recommend available ceremony and reception venues that complement your style, anticipated guest count, desired location and budget.
  • Research and recommend exceptional wedding professionals for your event with a history of quality service and dependability (poruwa, magul bera, photographers, cinematographers, invitations, floral designers and decorators, musicians,ashtaka & jayamangala gatha officiants, etc.).
  • Make arrangements for guest hotel room blocks with hotel transportation if offered.
  • Arrange Luxury Coach Shuttle services for guest transportation for the Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Day and Next Day Brunch.
  • For out-of-town couples, meetings are arranged with schedules prepared for churches, venues and vendors selected when they are in town for planning.
  • Spectacular ice sculptures, specialty lighting, crisp linens, elegant Chivari Chairs and other luxurious particulars for your special event.
  • Unique wedding experiences including fireworks, yacht cruises, dove release, tethered hot air balloon rides, horse-drawn carriages, authentic Cuban cigar rollers, etc.
  • Chocolate Fountain, Candy Buffet Table, ShutterBooth, coffee table, and other unique extras for the wedding reception.
  • Premier makeup artists, hairdressers, masseuse, manicurist/pedicurist, barbers for straight-edge shave, etc.
  • Provide expertise in the nuances of an outdoor garden wedding or tented event.
  • Attend/coordinate the raising of your tent and rental arrivals.
  • Arrange Valet Service.
  • Car rental and airline flight reservations for out of town family/guests.
  • Delivery of hospitality gifts to hotels prior to/on the wedding day.
  • Assist with last-minute errands prior to the wedding day.
  • Vendor/Venue payment management with due date reminders.
  • Rental/Tuxedo/Guest Seating Chart returns.
  • Receive/track guest RSVP's.
  • Assistance with guest table assignments.
  • Coordinate and attend vendor meetings at your residence for your convenience.

  • Act as Liaison between client and vendors/venue.
  • Accompany clients to vendor and taste test meetings as needed.
  • Provide informational flyers for your hotel guests upon check-in with Ceremony/Reception information and the Timeline for shuttle service pickup/drop off times.
  • Attend final meeting with the venue catering coordinator to finalize your BEO (Banquet Event Order).
  • Preparation of a customized, detailed Timeline including your Rehearsal, Wedding Day and Next Day Brunch.
  • Provide a Production Schedule that synchronizes every detail with your venue and wedding professionals to be certain everyone is "on the same page" during your ceremony and reception.
  • Guidance with your floor plan.
  • Research and organize Rehearsal Dinners, Next-Day Brunches, Bridal Showers, Engagement Parties, Out-of-Town Guest Accommodations, and other services as requested.
  • Expertise in the fine nuances of cultural and multi-cultural weddings.
  • Couture Wedding Gown Preservation and Floral Preservation services for your bouquets, boutonnières, etc.
  • Attend your Rehearsal to assist with the organization of your Ceremony.
  • Our presence at your Wedding Ceremony to coordinate the decorations, handle the distribution of flowers, get everyone in place before the Processional begins, and fluff the bride's dress just before she walks down the aisle.
  • Coordinators arrive early in the day to oversee the Reception setup exactly as planned, making sure everything is completed (candles lit, tables set up as designed, music playing, etc.) before the first guest arrives.
  • Attend the Reception to assist in accomplishing the festivities as scheduled. We ensure that everything runs smoothly allowing everyone involved to relax and enjoy one of the most important days of your lives.
